If You Need to Cancel
- More than 48 hours: Full refund.
- Less than 48 hours: No refund. Our events are small and curated, making last-minute spots hard to fill.
- No-shows: No refund.
To request a cancellation, email hello@alchemeets.com with your name and event date. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets cannot be transferred. Each attendee is pre-matched based on compatibility quiz results.
If We Need to Cancel
Occasionally, events may be cancelled due to low registration or venue issues. In this case:
- We will notify you as soon as possible via email.
- You will receive a full refund.
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days.
