48 Hours or more: Full refund.

Less than 48 hours: No refund. Our events are small and curated, making last-minute spots hard to fill.

No-shows: No refund.
To request a cancellation, email hello@alchemeets.com with your name and event date. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets cannot be transferred. Event invitations and registrations are personalized, and attendance is subject to alcheMeets' event participation guidelines.
Individual Relationship Coaching

To cancel a coaching appointment, email jessica@alchemeets.com with your name and appointment date. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
If We Need to Cancel
Occasionally, events or coaching session may be cancelled due illness or low registration or venue issues. In this case:
- We will notify you as soon as possible via email.
- You will receive a full refund.
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days.
