A. Information You Provide to Us Voluntarily

  • Identity & Onboarding Data: Full name, date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, relationship history and preferences, and personality information.

  • Matchmaking Preferences: Religious beliefs, political leanings, family goals, physical descriptions, hobbies, interests, and personal photographs.

  • Coaching & Assessment Data: Notes, questionnaires, and lifestyle assessments generated during online visits, one-on-one virtual or in-person coaching sessions.

  • Financial Information: Salary ranges (collected solely to assist with premium matchmaking criteria), and payment details (processed securely via our third-party payment gateway).

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and data regarding how you navigate our website or interact with our digital coaching platforms.

  • Cookies: We might use cookies and tracking technologies to optimize website functionality and analyze traffic patterns

We use the information we collect strictly to perform our contractual services and run our business operations, including:

  • Creating and managing your confidential client profile.

  • Facilitating introductions and compatibility matching.

  • Delivering tailored coaching.

  • Managing registrations, ticketing, and check-ins for our in-person and digital events.

  • Processing subscription billings, recurring charges, and one-time premium packages.

  • Complying with our legal obligations under New York state law.

 

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share your data in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Potential Matches: We share select portions of your matchmaking profile (such as photos, interests, and general bios) with curated matches. We never share your contact details, last name, or financial information without your explicit, advance permission.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We share necessary data with trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf, including secure payment processors, identity verification or background check databases, and digital hosting platforms.

  • Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or a government request (such as an investigation by the New York Attorney General). 

  • Authorized Event Personnel: We share limited registration data (such as client first names and check-in statuses) with our contracted event hosts and venue coordinators. These individuals are legally bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your information for any personal, commercial, or marketing purposes outside the execution of the specific event.

4. DATA SECURITY & NEW YORK SHIELD ACT COMPLIANCE

In accordance with the New York SHIELD Act, we maintain rigorous administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your private information against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure.

5. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES & RIGHTS

You retain control over your data. Depending on your relationship with us, you may exercise the following rights:

  • Access & Review: You have the right to request a summary of the personal details we have stored about you.

  • Correction: You may update or correct inaccurate details in your matchmaking or coaching profiles at any time.

  • Account Deletion: You may request that we permanently delete your profile and purge your sensitive records from our active databases, subject to any legal or financial accounting retention requirements

 

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC BILLING

If you enroll in a recurring monthly subscription (e.g., event membership or monthly coaching upkeep), your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring basis.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To stop future automatic renewals, you can cancel directly through your online client portal or by emailing us at Jenny@alcheMeets.com at least 5 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect shifts in our business operations or adjustments to data privacy laws. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
